Born in Kyoto, Japan, Chef Yoshi migrated to Las Vegas in the U.S. at age 21. He then finished his studies in business marketing and hotel and restaurant management at the University of Illinois. He partnered with his college friend to open Sushi Twister in Las Vegas, which became so popular that it created buzz reaching as far as Japan to an old friend Tomio whom he hadn't seen for 12 years.
Born in Sapporo, Japan, Tomio studied to become a chef and worked in several Japanese restaurants in Sapporo and Las Vegas before opening his own Ramen Sora branch in Sapporo.
The two rekindled their bond and came up with Ramen Sora, which means "Noodle Soup" and "Sky," bringing quality ramen which they hope many people can enjoy.
our quality taste
Our signature miso base is made with upmost care through the tedious yet rewarding process of slowly and thoroughly roasting miso, which is a traditional technique that requires patience and the attentiveness of a highly-skilled chef, satisfying your tastebuds to the max with the renowned taste of Sapporo-style miso ramen from Hokkaido, Japan’s ramen hotbed.
Our original Shio broth is made with a seafood base that awakens a harmony of flavors, drawing out “umami” to its fullest. This light and refreshing option is also pescatarian-friendly.
Shoyu (soy sauce)
Our classic Shoyu broth is derived from roasted soy that enhances the aroma and deep flavor.
The perfect choice for vegetarians, our base is packed with the rich and creamy flavor from vegetable stock and soy milk.
